In particular we are looking for a Membership Secretary to take over from Ray Phipps. Ray writes "The role of the membership secretary is mainly to produce detailed reports on the state of membership in our area, and nationally (for reference). The new secretary will ideally already be a group membership secretary and therefore be familiar with the "Insight" hub. So instead of just accessing the hub for their own group's figures they will access all of the groups data and then produce a comparative chart. Another role is to send to the Communications Officer a full list of e-mail addresses for the newsletter and AGM. Central Office does have a full version of "The role of the Membership secretary" but if you read that you wouldn't want the job! Being familiar with data protection guidelines would also be an a advantage."
