All Ramblers’ members based in the area are invited to attend.

The timetable for the day is as follows:

• 09:30 Hall will be open for members to arrive. Tea and coffee will be available.
• 10:00 AGM starts
• 11:15 or suitable point – break for tea
• 12:30 AGM closes
• 1:30 Start of afternoon walk. The walk is approximately 4 miles and we plan to return to the cars by 3:30PM
• Please note the hall must be vacated by 2:00PM. Those attending the afternoon walk may use the hall for any lunch they have brought.

The AGM will include the following:

• Presentation of officers and group reports. The reports can be viewed below
• Adoption of accounts
• Election of officers for 2025
• Proposed changes to Area constitution
• Q&A session with Ramblers HQ representative
• Any other business

If you have any proposed changes to the Area constitution or items to raise as Any Other Business they must be submitted by 15 January 2025 to Richard Siddaway Leicestershire and Rutland Ramblers Area Secretary
